Privacy policy
This policy explains how madcasinouk.org.uk handles personal data. We collect very little, and we do not sell any of it. Last updated 7 October 2026.
What we collect
| Data | When | Why | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email address and message | If you email us | To reply and fix reported issues | 12 months |
| Server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) | Every visit | Security and fault diagnosis | 30 days |
| Affiliate click identifier | When you follow a link to the operator | To attribute referrals | Held by the operator's affiliate system |
Legal basis
We rely on legitimate interests for server logs and replying to correspondence, and on your consent for any optional cookies (see the cookie policy).
Who we share data with
Our hosting and content-delivery providers process server data on our behalf. When you follow an affiliate link, the operator and its affiliate platform receive the click and whatever you choose to give them when registering; their privacy policies then apply. We do not share your email with anyone.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or restrict it. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We do not run accounts or logins, so we hold no passwords.
Children
The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes — for example, if we ever add analytics — this policy will be updated before the change takes effect, and the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page for at least a month.
