A single sports bet combining several selections; all must win for it to pay.
Bonus funds
Money credited by the casino that is subject to wagering before it can be withdrawn.

Expiry

House edge
The casino's long-run average margin on a game; 100% minus RTP.
KYC
Know your customer: identity, address and payment checks required before withdrawals.
Live dealer
A real table game streamed from a studio, dealt by a person.
Max bet
The highest stake that counts towards wagering while a bonus is active — €5 on slots, €10 on tables.
Match bonus
A bonus calculated as a percentage of the deposit, such as 200%.
Net loss
Settled stakes minus settled returns over a period.
Pending period
Time a withdrawal waits before processing, during which it may be reversible.
Playthrough
Another word for wagering requirement.
Reality check
An on-screen reminder of how long you have been playing.
RNG
Random number generator: the software that decides outcomes in digital games.
RTP
Return to player: the long-run percentage of stakes a game pays back.
Self-exclusion
Closing your account for a set period at your own request.
Settlement
The point at which a bet's result is confirmed and paid or lost.
Source of funds
Evidence of where deposited money came from, requested at higher deposit levels.
Sticky bonus
A bonus that can be played with but never withdrawn itself; only winnings above it can.
Tier
