Contact us
The quickest way to reach the editorial team is by email: [email protected]. We read every message and aim to reply within three working days.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If a figure on the site no longer matches the operator's terms, tell us which page and, ideally, where you saw the current figure. Confirmed errors are corrected and noted.
- Topic requests. If a rule confused you and we have not explained it, we would like to hear about it.
- Questions about our process — how we check facts, how we are funded, how we choose what to cover.
What we cannot help with
We are not Mad Casino. We cannot see your account, unlock a withdrawal, reverse a bonus decision or close an account. For anything account-specific, contact the operator's support team directly; it advertises live chat 24 hours a day. If you are unhappy with the response, follow the complaints procedure set out in its terms.
If you need help with gambling
Please do not wait for an email reply. The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, is free and open 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133. BeGambleAware.org has further advice and a live chat service.
How we handle your message
We use the details you send only to reply and to fix the issue you raise. We do not add you to any mailing list. See the privacy policy for retention periods.
What to include in your message
For a correction, the most useful message names the page, quotes the sentence you think is wrong, and says where you saw the current figure — a screenshot of the operator's terms page with the date visible is ideal. For a topic request, a line describing the situation that confused you is enough; real examples make the best explainers.
Please do not send identity documents, card numbers or account passwords. We will never ask for them, and any email asking for them in our name is not from us.
